Hi, a couple of members have sent me email within the past week and I have replied but then not heard back after that. In both cases they were hotmail users. Hotmail is notorious for putting things into the Junk mail folder that don't belong there. (so are yahoo and aol - "junk" or "spam" folders).

So if you use hotmail or aol or yahoo make sure to go through your junk or spam folders especially if you were expecting a response and haven't received it yet.

If you email me and I am online I will typically get back to you within an hour, but often within a few minutes. If you haven't receive a response from me within 24 hours you can pretty much be guaranteed to find my response in your junk or spam folder. (I don't deserve such treatment!)

If you have a whitelist function with your email you can whitelist me for:

hostmaster@xenocast.com

and

webmaster@eat.at

 
Hi Paul--Mine was not a hotmail problem, the site just wouldn't

let me log in any way I tried until you sent a somewhat different page than I saw with a "submit" button when using the new password.
Then we had a family emergency and I haven't been able to post until now, but all is working for me here at eat.at now. Thanks again for all your help. I truly appreciate all your hard work, and all the generous tips and info from all members, old and new.
