Et tu, Starbuck's?!
I don't know how it started, or when it happened, but someone has kidnapped courtesy and customer service in the business world. Companies just don't care anymore.
I had my coupon, all ready to go to Starbuck's this morning. Looked up the location of them because I haven't been there in years and I wanted to make sure they were still there considering all the new shops that are popping up in that suburb (about 10 miles away). Searched their website for the zip code and mentally noted their location. "Hmm, they DID move" I said to myself. So coupon in hand, I headed out for Starbuck's.
Nope. Not there. So I trotted off back to where I had remembered them being and yes, they were there. Waited in line, gave the woman my coupon at 10:32! and she frankly said "Oh, that ended at 10:30". I told her come on, it's 2 minutes after that, and I did get lost on the way over here because the Starbuck's website had the wrong address and directions. She just shrugged her shoulders and said "Well, 'sorry".
Never again.
