Pick it up at World Market and firstly, while it seemed expensive ($3.99 for three seasoning packs), the taste makes up for it. Secondly, while the nutritional data says zero calories for 1/4 tsp, you use a full TBL of seasoning with 1 TBL butter (I used clarified) and 1 TBL olive oil, so don't fall into Denial Land where calories are concerning. On the plus side, you ARE eating a lot of roasted cauliflower. Thirdly, you're going to get 870 mg of sodium if you eat an entire pound (using 1 TBL of seasoning) like I did.
The temperature and timing instructions are spot on. It could have gone a bit longer than 20 minutes, but I was hungry and the smell was far too good to wait. The cauliflower was tender, even the thick stems which I left in.
