the mix is is made by a very popular chef here so I don't know the exact measures, but here is the ingredients - listed in this priority:
Shallots, wild mushrooms (lat: Boletus edulis - it has got a nut like taste), sun dried tomatoes and basil.
You can use it in stews, soups and in sauces - and it goes with both fish and meat smileys/smile.gif
