EvaN's Cheddar Mustard Muffins...I think they belong in T&T. Made these last night to go with soup.

and they were fabulous! I did add a bit of fresh thyme because I had some left over in the fridge. And I dressed with a bit of jalapeno jelly which was perfect! I love these muffins! I also used 1/2 white whole wheat flour which worked fine. I think I am the thrird, behind cheezz and Traca--so EvaN will you do the honors of putting these in T&T for us?
