I reamed out the little fruits and filled a quart jar compactly. Poured over 1/2 bottle of Vodka.

In another bottle I did the same but w/ a cup of sugar in bottom.

Now the hard part...waiting...

 
interesting! I did something similar with rhubarb==found it needed to sit longer than

limoncello to "mellow" better. Now it's grand.

 
fruit liquers are fun, I've got

a spiced crabapple and a peach still down in the basement from last summer. Will be doing a cherry one this year since my cherry trees are loaded. Whooo hoooo!
