Wow, I love that pie crust video! I learned so much!

Never realized that my pie crust recipe is the 3-2-1 ratio of flour, butter and water, but it's exactly what I use!

I also like the tip of marking the size of the pie plate in the bench flour, so you know how big to roll the dough.

Susan how could you even think of doing that? You should be ashamed. Now go sit in the corner and think about that for awhile. When you are ready come back and we'll show you how to make a real pie crust.

Tsk-tsk, happy with premade pie crusts ... btw, I have something I need to tell you about a little myth known as Santa Claus too...
