My braised beef shortribs, very meaty, with onions, garlic, fresh lime juice
Hatch Chile Peppers, fire roasted tomatoes and red wine. Served with Orzo, with butter, fresh Rosemary and Lemon. A side of roasted Butternut Squash, cut into half moons and drizzled with a little evoo, pure maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon.....I eat the skins and all. Roast until they get all caramelized.
BUT, we are still in the high 90's. I'm ignoring it all and eating my favorite fall foods!
