Fantastic September issue of Saveur. I was just paging through it and so far

I have found recipes for tuna canned in oil, homemade ricotta cheese, pickled cauliflower, home-cured bacon, and watermelon which is the star ingredient this issue. Here are a few recipes that stood out to me: Russian Pickled Watermelon, Watermelon, Feta and Olive Salad, Italian Stuffed Clams, Ricotta Fritters, Zucchini Stuffed with Ricotta, Raspberry Sorbet, Ricotta and Coffee Mousse, and last but not least, Bamboo Cocktail. Some really interesting recipes and the photos look great.

 
Dawn, I have yet to receive that issue but I sure love Saveur for it's

international recipes (including American) and the very interesting articles that take you around the world.

I hope you find a hit of a recipe!
