Not T&T, but sounds good!

2 small ripe avocados, peeled and chopped

1/2 C coconut cream

1/2 C cocoa powder

1/4 C honey

2 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp chipotle pepper spice

Pinch of salt

Puree together and put into freezer pop molds. Also good as a pudding without freezing.

makes 8 pops

~177 calories per pop

I've been making breakfast pops. I bought a really nice set of Popsicle molds

then I use my Nutri Bullet filled with Greek yogurt, and myriad fresh berries, or peaches, real maple syrup and either almond or vanilla flavoring and whirl away. It is so nice to grab one, especially during hot summer mornings, and go to the computer to read the news. I have been experimenting with adding a layer of granola, or nuts and dried fruits.
