This oyster sauce is a favorite. I was told years ago, look for the blue lady.
I refrigerate most of these ingredients and it is hard to get out of the narrow neck bottle when it’s cold! And I should say, I have no idea how authentic either of these products are. I've tried many and these are favorites.
and I like it very much. I don't buy grocery store Chinese ingredients. We have a large Asian import market where the local Chinese expats shop and I get all of my ingredients there.
I don't use Hoisin Sauce very often, and when I do I have a recipe to make my own.
