Favorite recipe for dog treats/cookies?

I didn't see an appropriate category in the Hall of Fame, so I am asking, what are your favorite home-made doggie treats? I can't see spending two bucks a pop for a dog cooie if I can make it myself. Any recommendations? Thanks.
