Any suggestions?
Baring input, I have some sweet onions, red/yellow/orange bell peppers and thought I could try a piperade of sorts with those and roast off the pork somehow, and then I have a batch of little Hawaiian rolls just to keep everything company.
And green beans, I'm not forgetting my quest to eat more veggies!!
