My sister made the full recipe and it was beautiful, but she buttered her pan instead of parchment and she said bottom was kind of burned. I made a half recipe and used parchment, forgot the egg wash (glad I did) and took it out of oven five minutes early and it was pretty dark on bottom, but not burned.
