Finally got mini bundt pans and am making the Walnut Rum Raisin Applesauce Cake

Recipe calls for a 9 cup bundt pan. The minis total 6 cups (I'll also use a mini loaf pan)

How high do I fill the bundts? I was thinking 3/4 but thought I'd check in with the experts before doing anything :0)

 
Cyn, 3/4 sounds about right. you can fill these fuller than cupcakes because you flip them out

and the "top" becomes the bottom and can be rounded. You can even fill them a bit more than 3/4. They will just have a rounder "bottom". Make sure you grease around the top edge so if they round over, it's easy to loosen them.
