Finally got my hands on some yuzu, but now what?

They look like small oranges with a more pebbly skin and extremely aromatic. Not much in the way of juice, I get the feeling the peel is the thing here. I have 4 of them and am thinking of making my Granny's lemon cake pudding (see link) with them.

What else should I consider? I just want to stick one under my pillow!
