Finally made the Lemon Mousse Brownies - FABULOUS!!

Thanks, Meryl, for the wonderful recipe. The brownie base is incredible - adding a bar of cream cheese definitely makes it mousse-like. Next time I think I will just make my regular cream cheese topping w/out the lemon - although the lemon layer is wonderful. Actually - I'm going to have fun playing w/ many versions of this.

Just be careful to underbake - not overbake...

My mantra is typically 'underbake baked goods' so how I ended up letting this dessert go about 5 minutes on the 'over' side is beyond me. The edges were too dry/cakey - but the middle was wonderful!
