Firefox help needed. Someone posted a way to make firefox return to the post you were reading.......

a while back and I used it on my old computer and it worked. Now I have forgotten how to do it and want to try it on my new laptop. Thanks if you know how to do this.

Janet, you can download "Show Scroll Position" here:

Once you install it, click Tools, then Add-Ons, then Find Updates, and install the update if needed.

Actually, it looks like a different version- try it out and see if it helps.

One work around is to have new posts open in a separate tab.

Right mouse click on the post you want to open, and choose Open in a New Tab.

When you are done reading the post, close the tab.

I've been having this problem too, and just installed the fix and IT WORKS! so exciting!

Heather, try the update. Click on "Add Ons" and "Find Updates." (Mine only works sometimes)
