Five Minute Ice Cream - Divine!

I made it yesterday with 1/8 cup of sugar, 30 cal. vanilla almond milk and 1 packet truvia

still wonderful! Not as sweet as the full fat version (which uses considerably more sugar and heavy cream) - but very satisfying:)

 
thanks for the report. I have some roasted rhubarb/strawberry mix that I could freeze then try this
