The outpouring support and kind words given so freely were so comforting to me and Clark (DH).
Emmitt was more than a dog he was our son of 4 lovely feet for 13 years +. It's been 17 days and we're accepting his passing but not with out missing him. On Friday, we'll be recieving his ashes. We have constructed a Memorial for Emmitt: A shelf with a crucifix, his Dallas Cowboy Emmitt Smith Jersey (22: who he was named for) his little buff colored cocker spaniel statute, Angel statutes, and a treat for Emmit: also included is a lock of his hair: cleaned & brushed courtesy of his vet.
These have been a rough 17 days, but My God, the wonderful support from all of you have been so 100% appreciated and needed.
Thank you ~ Everyone... If ever I can be an ear or a support to any of you, I'll line up first if possible, I so want to return your generosity.
