Florida snow---ish. Actually, that's sleet. Piling up on my windshield. Hey! Mother Nature!

Isn't it enough that we pay $$ hundreds every month for home insurance because hurricane season lasts half the year?

Which--of course--immediately follows "tornado season" which lasts 3 months.

That we pay $700 for flood insurance because we're only 7 feet above sea level?

That we pay high electic bills to run the A/C 10 months out of the year? The A/C that is turned off now because the furnace is running!

That, late in the evenings...instead of hearing crickets chirp and lightening bugs light, we hear the dulcet sounds of the county workers driving slowing through the neighborhood spraying mosquito deterrant?

...and now you give us sleet???

The only thing you're missing is a bunch of snow!

Sounds like you've been getting hit with your fair share of weather related stressors.

Here's hoping you get back to some enviable weather soon!

My dad's renting a condo in Sebastian Beach the next few months and said we could have it for a week. Not the most exciting town but the weather you usually have down there in the winter makes me green with frosty envy. -Tessie
