Fondue Menu...as usual I over did the amount, but then there are ....

a few meals left for DH while I go seriously back on diet.

Three burners, two for meat and one for cheese.

8 for dinner

Thinly sliced Duck, Chicken,

Cubed lamb, chippolata sausages (not so good)

Beef and Pork balls

Boiled potatoes

Small pickled onions

Pesto filled vine tomatoes done in the micro (excellent)

Hot wild mushroom sherry sauce (more-ish)

Avocado slices on Arugula

Egg Curry mayo (good)

Raspberry Preserve with chilli (very good)

Peanut sate sauce (best yet)

Preserved lemon mayonnaise (excellent)

Tapanade (Okay)

Mint sauce

Peach chutney

Gruyere cheese fondue sauce for the Tats.

The balls were voted the best meat with the sate sauce, raspberry sauce and lemon mayo being the best sauces.

Followed by: Brie cheese, preserved green figs, strawberries and toblerone choc (which I was going to fondue but ran out of time.....
