Foodsaver and the bags...

If you use a Foodsaver, have you ever used a ziploc or other plastic bag instead of their proprietary bags?

Even Ziplocs are chaper than their own bags!

I haven't used ziploc but I did find another source called

vak shack where I get them at a better price.

You can get the bags cheaper at Bed, Bath Beyond using their coupons...or Target,Walmart,Costco

I've never tried any other bag but according to eHow, you can use Ziploc!
