Football Sunday waffles. Moose bacon bits sourdough Hershey dog on cleanup duty

a butcher makes it for our friends and they give it to us. not my favorite thing. don't know how

they do it, but I'm envisioning it's like sausage meat formed in a loaf like meatloaf then cooked/smoked and sliced and then maybe smoked some more. I'll take a picture.
