For all the lovers of Gina DePalma's Ricotta Pound Cake, made it again today and I added a Streusel

Marilyn, I would have to say no, however, the weight of the Streusel sunk a bit in the center, but

it was not noticeable looking at the cake.....only saw a slight drop when it was sliced.....so delicious.....

 
I need to make that soon! Have you tried it grilled or pan-fried (no butter necessary). It's HEAVEN!
