You were looking for recipes for pom molasses? This is what I bought my bottle for. It's a good thing it lasts forever!

Chicken with Pomegranate Molasses

Serves 4

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp ground cumin

Pinch cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, cut in half

Salt and pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onion tops, for garnish

Place chicken between sheets of wax paper and gently pound until about 1/3 inch thick.

In a small bowl, mix together broth, molasses, lemon juice, cumin and cayenne.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken; cook for 4 minutes or until chicken is golden brown; turn over and repeat. Stir in broth mixture and continue to cook another 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally to coat with sauce. Remove from heat. Discard garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with chives.

Thanks, Shaun. I have one of those endless bottles, too. Not only that...

when I was in the Middle Eastern store buying the pomegranate molasses, I couldn't resist the grape molasses that was right beside it on the shelf. I have yet to try the grape.
