For the cookbook lover in you. I totally get this. Great read.

I have several of these books. Claudia Roden's is one of my favorites and I recently

heard an interview about how her work influenced the Ottolenghi folks.

 
I read most of the books, but not Zuni Cafe. I have an Interlibrary loan out on it, as it's

not in my local system and far too expensive to buy a used one unless I know more about it.

 
I tend to read the Zuni book more than I cook from it, though the gougere recipe

she has--an appetizer with bacon and arugula is fantastic!
