My first two products were Lamb Moussaka and Blackbean/Yam Enchiladas with Salsa Verde. The latter used scratch-made tortillas from a mexican vendor at the market, and the tomatillos were from another vendor. They went over really well smileys/smile.gif

This week I'm doing local beef shepherd's pie with yam topping and twice-baked stuffed potatoes - regular and pulled pork w. jack daniels bbq sauce.

i'm loving introducing another product that is not perishable!! smileys/smile.gif

 
Brilliant Michelle, that is good business to use other vendors products and combine with your

creativity. Love the sound of the enchiladas.....very clever.
