I was referring to your link which lists blackstrap molasses. I went to the Asian store and was
told to buy kecap manis, which I did but now realize that's not the right thing. Also the recipe calls for sugar as well and I'm wondering if the black soy means dark soy. For now, I'm just forgetting the whole thing unless I can do research and find out what "black soy" in this recipe means. And now I need to go looking for something to use the kecap manis in, or return it.
