Found a recipe in one of the cooking mags for sweet potatoes with

fresh ginger and mascarpone that I wanted to try. This was last week. I have now been searching through the mags for 3 days trying to find the recipe and getting more frustrated by the minute. Does anyone know of a recipe like this?

I suffer from the same affliction, a lot!
What gets in the way of searching for these recipes, is that many of them appear in advertisements. That means that they will never be in any index.
