Found the old photos of the Roman gnocchi (made with semolina flour)

Oh my. They really do look so tempting. That may be dinner tonight, with a little asparagi on the side. I have not been getting out to Costco for parmegiano lately and I sure do believe how a different (and only possibly inferior) brand can make or break a recipe. Thank you for the photos, they have been effective.
