FRC - I made Marianne's quiche with chard instead of collards and wasn't thrilled

I'm not sure what the difference is, but I'm so glad that it wasn't my bad recipe! My heart sank

when I thought that I had given you a bum steer, as this is my favorite quiche. Hope someone else knows all about chard.

 
Collard Greens are in the cabbage/mustard family and are much stronger in flavor than chard.

They probably got lost in the mix.

Maybe we need a chard thread?
