it's foil backed and parchment topped. Nice for bar cookies that need "heavy" lifting out of a pan. It's a luxury, (was on sale) but this time of year, anything that saves time and burned pan bottoms is ok by me! smileys/smile.gif

I saw Kirkland parchment at Costco a couple of weeks ago. I've never...

...seen it there before. Such a good price! I stocked up.

I've never tried the foil backed version.

I love the Kirkland brand - it's the best parchment I've used.

Been using that for 2 years now - love it and always buy

an extra roll when we go just in case they stop selling it!
