and I cannot wait for it to arrive. I checked our their website from your post of 8/8 and decided to order the variety pack. I love tuna but don't really love what's available at the grocery store, except for a nostalgic tuna sandwich But for salads, etc, hmmm, just not as good as the yummy stuff John at Caesar's restaurant in SF makes when he cooks his own fresh tuna and puts it up in olive oil (and he only gives this out to very special customers - had it once!)

SOOO, needless to say, I'm really looking forward to trying Kimmel's - their descriptions of their products were just making me so hungry.
