Hate fake maple syrup. Do you think real syrup would make a difference in the recipe?

I'm using real. It might be a bit more liquid, so I might add a pinch more flour. tomorrow!

I want to make those and some of the butterfly cookies to send to the grandkids. I think they will ship OK in glad boxes, not too many stacked.

 
I made the snails using real MS and they're really good. Spead out a

bit but I guess you have to expect that with the butter. The flavor was much stronger than I thought it would be. Tried to post the photo I took but I'm hopeless smileys/frown.gif
