Freezable non-tomato dish?

The parents in my son's class are preparing meals for their teacher who is about to have a baby. She's allergic to tomatoes so that's out. Does anyone have any suggestions? Most people are making chicken dishes so I'd love to do something different but even a chicken dish would work fine. TIA!

And after making that suggestion, I can't help thinking she may want some low-calories meals to lose

any residual pregnancy weight.

Great idea Marilyn. do all have to be frozen? Salad ingredients, bagged separately? dressing in jar?

or healthy soups frozen in one or two portion containers, depending on how many people there?

would this be too spicy or peppery if she were nursing? take a look up in T&T in several categories

Lots of good ideas there.

Thanks, everyone. These are awesome suggestions....

I can't believe I didn't think of Dawn's enchiladas, which are a staple around here. I love the other suggestions too. I think I will make a few of them. Thanks again!
