Freezer Peach Topping

Hello, I have some free stone peaches and wanted to make a freezer peach "topping" for ice cream. If I follow my recipe for low sugar peach freezer jam and add about 50% more juice will this work? Maybe less liquid? I just don't want it to be thick like jam. Thanks!

Put in a saute pan. Put some sugar on it. Saute. Add some butter if you want.

This is NOT rocket science, and you do not want to do it like you would make jam.
You could roast the peaches for extra flavor. Then add a LITTLE sugar (because roasting will concentrate the sweetness) and cook with a little butter (or not).

oli, you might want to try something simpler. Just roast the peach halves sprinkled with sugar

and then puree the results, leaving out one to smash and add back in if you want it chunky. The sugar and juices will have thickened on the pan and you can add those back in. 30 minutes at 350 did not diminish the flavor.
