I've seen a lot of these on Unique Sweets with alcohol. How do they freeze???

I wondered the same thing. I showed this to John and said

it might be nice to add half the juice with white wine. He isn't sure wine will freeze. I guess I'll just have to try a small amount of wine and see what it does.

They do show them using these super-fast freezing machines...like 15 minutes and they're pops!

So maybe there's some liquid nitrogen going on there.

wine freezes if I leave it on my back porch too long, like overnight.
