I have a friend who makes a spumoni cake that calls for a white cake mix. She says she can't find a plain one but only those that say things like "enriched", "enhanced", etc. I can't believe that this makes a difference but she says yes. Any sources for plain white cake mixes? Any recipes for making one yourself? Thanks in advance and by the way the cake is very good and I'll get the recipe from her if anyone wants it.
