I haven't made these, but I saw them on a recent Alton Brown "Good Eats" show. I am definitely going to try these out. Has anyone else made them? One odd thing, in the granola bars, he uses sunflower seeds in the shells and he doesn't hull them. He does roast them though. He said it added more flavor and fiber. I bet.
