That photo is the pasta I've been making since 1978. When I reflected a bit, I realized that that
was the dish that got me started on pasta and that was when. It was on the cover of a Bon Appetit then. (In fact, I can remember that we made an Amaretto cream pie for dessert) Now I could eat pasta every day and with all these cherry tomatoes, I eat this one twice a week.
