Beautiful photo, but the reviews were not favorable. I wonder why?

I'm thinkin' to make these in mini muffin pans, just a little sweet bite, mmmm. The

reviews seem to be distorted. There are actually a couple of good reviews and then a couple that seem questionable. Encouraging enough to give them a try!

Actually, I read them all and they WERE favorable... odd the 'stars' didn't reflect it.
