Last winter I was on a pate quest. I tried 7 recipes. Kept going back to that one. Warning
My housemate likes the chunky variety of chicken liver pate. I like mine creamy. Her complaint, "You can't even taste the liver!" For me, that's a good thing. It's the gateway pate. smileys/smile.gif
