Fun idea: chocolate-molded shapes in...brown sugar!

interesting...wonder how much brown sugar I'd need to do my face....

I'll never forget watching Jacques Torres make a chocolate frame

He used flour and pressed pieces of molding into it to make the molds for 4 mitered pieces of chocolate that he would then glue to a flat slab of white chocolate that he had painted. It was a revelation to think you could make your own molds! I think you can also use cornstarch or powdered sugar.
