Yikes, didn't see that. I wonder if they'd ship another way. Tried to call

couldn't get through. Will try back.

Seems very high shipping charges (I'm in CA too), but I like the smooth sides on the jars.

ya probably could get someting a little better if you purchased a whlole pallet. . .

and could get them drop-shipped to a local store. . .

I found some reasonable jars in the greater Los Angeles area, but you had to buy a whole pallet, and that is a whole lotta jars. And I would need something to haul home a whole lotta jars!
