Ok, the low everyday price was at Winco (Lakewood, CA) and we don't have one here, the other was Safeway (Sillycon Valley), but sheesh! When it's on sale here it's $6.99. No fair!

BTW, Winco had a *great* selection of bulk bin items if you have one near you.

 
Grocery prices

Isn't that the craziest thing! I live about 15 miles from the Smucker's Co. and I've never seen those low price for their jam, preserves or jellies! Our prices are closer to your LA. price. I often see price quotes on different items here & other sites and noticed how varied the prices are. I recall people quoting whole chickens at 59-69 cents/lb. on sale. It's been years since I've seen prices that low and there are two poultry co. within 20 miles from me!!!
