FYI the Paprika app is on sale for Black Friday

I love it. I have it on my mac, iPad and iPhone, and the recipes

sync across all three effortlessly. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the different versions, but it was well worth it.

You could try the free app copy me that, but it’s not in the Apple store...

There was drama with some bloggers that made Apple remove it. It’s still in the Android store though. They are a one person operation, so they are working to try and solve this.

In the meantime there is a work around to save recipes. Then to access I just open a safari window and access from there for now. One cool thing I noticed recently, is it can copy a nyt recipe even though when you open it online you get the paywall. Somehow it copies it anyway and poof! I’ve got the recipe anyway.

I just email myself the recipe when I’m rambling around the internet. Then later I upload when I’m on my laptop because I use chrome with the cmt extension on there.

Here is the work around per cmt owner if you’re interested. I’ve been using this for a long time and after a few days with paprika, which does scale recipes, I still like CMT layout better.

Directions per CMT:
You can, by the way, copy recipes even without the app. You'll need to use the Chrome browser app (instead of Safari) and add the Copy Me That button there. You'll find browser-specific directions at www.copymethat.com/info/button/browser/ if you view the page in Chrome. (The iPhone/iPad Safari button requires the app.) You may need to download the Chrome app if you don't have it already. The directions page has a video that shows how to add and use the button in Chrome.
