FYI: Work around to get clean copy of recipes here that have symbols in text

A work around to get a clean copy of some recipes posted here would be to do a site search and pulled the "cached" plain text copy.

Now not all things have been cached by the internet but those that have will get you a clean copy to view. Here's how.

Do a site search. Example in your search engine put:

dianncy64 Bavaraian Apple Torte site:eat.at

and when/if you find the recipe you want to view, click the "cached" link instead of the normal link. This will in most cases give you a readable copy. As it did here (shown at link)

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:9GyVqukyymAJ:eat.at/swap/forum1/64104_RECIPE_Bavarian_Apple_Tort-__since_its_apple_and_Okterbest_time_of_year_+dianncy64+Bavaraian+Apple+Torte+site:eat.at&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=firefox-a

Maria, could this go into Kitchen Tips? Most of the T&T forums are small enough, only a page or two,

that they were never archived, and the original posters could still edit their posts. Perhaps some of us could update our own posts there with the clean version.

Not sure what you see, but the post at that link is unreadable to me

I'm seeing symbols in it so I can't make out the amounts.
