Sigh. People of earth...I've done the stupidest thing. I lost something on the internet.

I leave open way too many tabs, one of which had a strawberry rhubarb jam recipe that starts by maceration overnight in the fridge like the strawberry vanilla I'm also making, but I can no longer find the SR one. Not even in my browser history. It's like a space time continuum fart.

Strawberries are determined to rot at my house.

After having to toss from the weekend before b/c of my health, I bought more yesterday. I went to 2 stores for organic rhubarb. I cut up the berries and then went to check the amount on my laptop - and no recipe. Its like it never happened. I only wanted to make it b/c of *that* recipe...and the berries won't keep (it's midnight and I have been looking for that recipe for hours.) My brain hurts from trying to recall WTH happened here on my laptop. Oh and when I got home with that case yesterday, I didn't recall till this morning I forgot to put them in the fridge. This.is.my.brain after meno and it's not pretty.

I likely sourced it through Punk Domestics, Food in Jars, or some such. I've looked there too. I don't think it was from here, but if it sounds familiar would you give a shout? All I recall was mostly whole berries, 3 lbs rhubarb, and sits overnight first.

Agree Mar... Always makes me smile when I see Gay. Let me know if you come up with some fun "fall"

recipes to use my ramekins! : )

Hugs,
Barb

Hi barb, You can see I am rusty (Lol) put the post for Marilyn in the wrong place. I'll see if I

can come up with some recipes for you.

Gay! Good to see you!

I think I'm going to go another way with the berries. Like I see smoothies in their future.

I thought of one other thing the recipe had - apples. Someday maybe I'll find it. Weird though as I know I had a page open on my laptop to it. Then poof.

Curious1-I, too, had NO RESULTS 4 'muchly' @ dictionary.com & it asked me if I meant 'mushily'.lol
