Garden question: Strawberry plant - never blossomed/fruited/put out runners. What gives?

You know "our" strawberry plant? Well, it looks healthy/happy, but it's never done a darn thing. No runners, flowers or fruit.

What did I do wrong? What should I do now?

My only thought is is doesn't get full day sun b/c of the house shadow. I don't really have a full day sun spot in the yard, but I did move it over next to the driveway where it gets full sun till maybe 3pm about a month ago. Still nothing. It's happy, but nothing.

What to do?

 
I've never seen just one strawberry plant growing anywhere, perhaps it needs to be with other

strawberries, some plants are like that.
